Positive: superkind staff, convenient transfer to the ski lifts, good rooms. Great price-quality wine from the Alto Adige region. Negative: Expected more from the sauna and the food quality based on the price. We booked half-board - dinner was below expectations of a 4-star hotel (understood the Chef was just changed, plus missed once the dessert buffet due to slow service).

Very cozy family-run hotel where we didn't miss anything. Very attentive and friendly staff, rooms very clean and in the afternoon towels were even changed again and the beds turned down. The sauna area could be a little larger but sufficient for us. The heated outdoor pool was the highlight for our son. The food was very sophisticated, visually appealing and tasted very good. Drink prices are reasonable for the area.

We spent a week of hiking vacation in this accommodation in the summer of 2023. The hotel has a beautiful sauna area and heated outdoor pool - relaxation for tired bones after a long mountain tour. The staff is friendly, the service is very good. The room was spacious, very clean and nicely furnished with wooden floors and modern wooden elements on the walls. The balcony offered enough space and the small fridge in the room proved to be very useful. The bathroom was very clean - unfortunately the shower didn't seal properly so there was a small puddle on the floor after showering. Valuables could be safely stored in the room safe.

Very clean, scented wooden room, balcony with view, bathroom also very clean. The spa area is small but very relaxing and thorough, the swimming pool is beautiful, it's a shame there isn't a massage area. Excellent dinner with special dishes, however the very good breakfast is plentiful. Very kind staff. Excellent prices with dinner and breakfast included. I highly recommend 🥰

Cleanliness top. Service is always friendly and accommodating. Pool great! Only the kitchen is a clear weak point: the breakfast buffet offers nothing fresh, regional or homemade, all the spreads are prepackaged, which is quite cheap and doesn't do justice to a 4-star stay. In addition to the fact that the main course was a micro-portion, the dinner was either unseasoned or oversalted to the point of edibility. Salad dressings not tasty at all. In our opinion, there is an urgent need for action in the culinary sector. The rest as described was great.
